SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process and ship your orders. Orders will ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. ALL orders are sent using First Class Shipping. Typically, depending on your destination, products will be received by the following:
United States of America: 3-10 Days
Canada and Mexico: 7-10 Days
International: 7-14 Days
For additional shipping related services including priority shipping, delivery confirmation, and shipping insurance, as well as if you are interested in expediting your order by means of overnight delivery, etc., please e-mail us at info@187records.net and ask for a new shipping price. These services are available according to product availability.
Please understand that if you do not request any additional shipping services, 187 Records will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items due to the shipping process.
Shipments that are returned to 187 Records due to an incorrect address may be charged an additional shipping fee before it is re-shipped.
Prices and shipping rates for international customers do not include tariffs, VAT, or import duties. The customer is responsible for these additional payments if necessary. Once the package leaves the property of 187 Records we can no longer be held responsible if complications arise in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise, etc., we are not be held responsible.
RETURN POLICY
All orders placed on our web-site are final.
With that said, from time to time we may send out a defective item. If you are an unlucky recipient of damaged merchandise that was sent out from our storage facility, at the fault of 187 Records and not the fault of the shipping process, simply e-mail us with your receipt ID and return your product for a new item or full refund. To avoid additional complications with your order, all claims for damages should be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
If you decide to cancel your order and the package has already shipped, please return the items. 187 Records will not refund your payment unless the items have not been shipped, or the items have been returned in the condition they were sent out.
187 Records does not accept returns from other companies and bands that carry the same products.
