HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT?
First, locate the item you would like to purchase. You’ll notice two drop down menu’s under the picture of the item, located to the left of the item’s description. Click the first drop down menu titled ‘Price Of Item’ and select what you intend to buy. The majority of our items are compact discs. When buying a compact disc, the drop down menu defaults to display the item's price of what you are purchasing. When ordering apparel and package deals with apparel, more options will appear on this drop down menu showing the sizes we have available. Select the size you are intending to order in this case.
After you have made your selection in the first drop down menu, click on the second drop down menu titled ‘Select Shipping Destination:'.
You will notice three different destinations ('USA', 'Canada &
Mexico', and 'International'.) Select the appropriate destination.
Once you are done making your second selection click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ image. A new tab or window will open showing your paypal shopping cart. From this screen, you can ‘continue shopping’ or ‘proceed to check out’. When checking out, follow the paypal instructions to complete your order.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
The official 187 Records On-line Store uses paypal to accept on-line payments. Vise, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are also acceptable forms of payment and will be processed through paypal.

IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All orders placed on our web-site are final. Unless something is wrong with the disc itself, we will not refund the payment. In the rare event that we were to send you a defective disc, please contact us via e-mail to resolve the issue (info@187records.net). Keep the defective disc in order to send it back to us for a full refund or a new disc. Please realize that we will not be held responsible for items once they leave our storage facility. Items that are damaged or lost while being shipped out are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid these problems, ask for shipping insurance or delivery conformation.
We are not responsible for items that are not purchased directly from our web-store. 187 Records releases that are purchased through other distribution companies and bands should be dealt with through that specific entity.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR DISTRIBUTED ITEMS:
All of our distributed items are purchased through record labels directly.
Occasionally, we may receive a disc or two with a cracked case. The quality and
conditions of the distributed discs when we receive them are out of our control.
Unless the disc is defective, we are unable to give you a refund. When
purchasing a distributed item, please keep this [rare event] in mind.
Opened items are not able to be sent back. The item must be in its original
packaging.
